Returns
Please write before you send anything back.
Returns are processed at our fulfilment partner's facility in Ningbo, China. Parcels that arrive without a return reference cannot be matched to an order, so contact us first and we will tell you exactly what to do.
In many cases — particularly for damaged pieces or lower-value orders — we resolve things without asking you to post anything at all. Our Returns & Refunds Policy sets out when that applies.

Email is the fastest way to reach us, and the only way to reach us directly. Our phone line takes messages, which we answer by email alongside everything else.

8am – 6pm
Saturday and Sunday
10am – 4pm
Response time
Within 24 hours, usually sooner
If something has gone wrong with an order, put the order number in the subject line. It saves a round of emails and gets you an answer in one reply instead of three.
