At Style Room, we aim to process and deliver your order as quickly, safely, and reliably as possible. Please review the details of our shipping process below.


1. Shipping Origin

All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our international fulfilment centre in China. Delivery times reflect international shipping and may vary depending on carrier processing and seasonal demand.


2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed
  • Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next business day
  • Processing time does not include transit time
  • If we experience an unexpected delay, we will notify you by email promptly

3. Shipping & Delivery Time

Once your order has been processed and handed to the carrier, the estimated delivery time is:

United Kingdom: approximately 7–14 business days

This includes:

  • 1–3 business days processing time
  • 6–11 business days transit time

Please note that delivery estimates may be affected by:

  • Customs inspections
  • Weather conditions or natural events
  • Peak seasonal demand (e.g. Christmas, Bank Holidays)
  • Carrier delays outside our control

If your order has not arrived within 20 business days, please contact us at info@style-room.co.uk and we will investigate immediately.


4. Shipping Regions

We currently ship to customers in the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland).


5. Customs, VAT & Import Charges

Style Room ships from China to the UK. Here is what you need to know:

Orders under £135: VAT is collected at checkout. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery. ✔

Orders over £135: Additional import duties and VAT may be charged by UK customs upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees. We recommend checking the UK Global Tariff for applicable rates.

We always declare the accurate value of shipments on customs documentation. We are unable to mark packages as "gifts" or undervalue shipments.


6. Shipping Costs

Shipping is free on all orders to the UK. Any active promotions will be clearly displayed at checkout.


7. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (where available).

Please note:

  • Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the carrier receives your parcel
  • Some carriers may show limited or delayed tracking updates for international shipments

8. Your Rights Regarding Delivery

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013:

  • If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, you may contact us to request redelivery or a full refund
  • If a delivery date was agreed at checkout and we fail to meet it, you are entitled to a full refund
  • If your item arrives damaged, you are entitled to a replacement or refund — please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos

9. Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we will contact you. Additional shipping costs may apply to resend the order.

If your package is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@style-room.co.uk. We will investigate with the carrier and provide an appropriate resolution.
