Welcome to Style Room ("we", "us", "our"). Style Room is operated by Ansems Marketing, a registered business in the Netherlands:

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, online store, and all related services (collectively, the "Services"). Our store operates on the Shopify platform.
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
1. Eligibility and Account Requirements
By using our Services, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age
- If minors use the Services through your devices, you accept responsibility for their use
To place an order, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
2. Products and Availability
We aim to display our products accurately. However:
- Colours, sizing, and details may vary due to monitor settings or photography lighting
- Availability is not guaranteed at time of purchase
We reserve the right to update descriptions, adjust prices, limit quantities, or discontinue products at any time.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, all products must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality. If they are not, your statutory rights apply regardless of these Terms.
3. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected items. An order is accepted only when:
- Payment is successfully processed; and
- You receive an order confirmation email
After acceptance, cancellation or modification may not be possible. If we cancel your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund promptly.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason.
All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.
4. Prices, Payments, and Billing
All prices are displayed in GBP (£). Unless otherwise stated, prices shown do not include:
- Import duties for orders over £135
- Any applicable taxes not collected at checkout
By completing a purchase, you agree to provide accurate billing information and use a valid payment method you are authorised to use. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where fraud is suspected.
5. Shipping and Delivery
All orders are shipped from our international fulfilment partners in China. Delivery estimates are approximate. For full details, see our Shipping Policy.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if we fail to deliver within the agreed timeframe, you may be entitled to a full refund.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Services — including images, graphics, text, logos, and layout — is owned by Style Room or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our written permission.
7. Optional Third-Party Tools
We may offer integrations provided by third parties. These are offered "as is." We are not responsible for errors or damages arising from their use.
8. Third-Party Links
Our Services may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or transactions. Use of third-party websites is at your own risk.
9. Relationship with Shopify
Our store runs on Shopify. Purchases are made directly between you and Style Room. Shopify is not a party to any transaction and is not responsible for any product or service purchased through our store.
10. Privacy
Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and complies with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).
11. Feedback
If you submit reviews or suggestions, you grant us a royalty-free licence to use and publish that content. You confirm it is lawful, truthful, and your own.
12. Errors and Inaccuracies
The Services may occasionally contain errors such as incorrect pricing or availability. We reserve the right to correct these errors and, where necessary, cancel affected orders with a full refund.
13. Prohibited Activities
You may not use the Services to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Engage in fraud or misrepresentation
- Infringe intellectual property rights
- Upload harmful code or attempt unauthorised access
- Harass, threaten, or defame others
We may suspend or terminate your access for any violation of these Terms.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time. You remain responsible for obligations incurred before termination.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by UK law, the Services are provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. However, this disclaimer does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Style Room shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, or loss of data.
Where liability cannot be excluded under UK law — including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation — it is not limited by these Terms. For all other claims, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product(s) involved.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Style Room and related parties from claims arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of applicable law, or misuse of the Services.
18. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid and enforceable.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy, form the entire agreement between you and Style Room.
20. Assignment
You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights at any time.
21. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. However, as a UK consumer, you retain the full protection of UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Nothing in these Terms removes or limits your statutory rights under UK law.
Disputes that cannot be resolved directly may be referred to the courts of England and Wales, or the courts of the Netherlands, at your discretion as a UK consumer.
22. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes where required by law.
