This lamp is for the shelf, the windowsill and the middle of the dining table — all the places a lamp belongs and a cable does not reach.

It runs on a rechargeable battery, so there is nothing trailing. The domed glass shade sits on a slim polished chrome stem, and the glass is tinted rather than painted, so the colour is in the light as well as on the lamp. The 3W LED dims in three steps, 20, 50 and 100 per cent, which is the difference between light to eat by and light to find your keys by. At 29.5cm tall and 16cm across it is small enough to move from room to room without thinking about it.

On a dinner table it does what candles do, without the smoke. Carried out to a balcony on a summer evening it keeps going long after dark.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes. Delivery is free on every UK order, with no minimum spend and no surcharge for remote postcodes.

We deliver within the United Kingdom only, including Northern Ireland. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses.

What are your delivery times?

We dispatch within 1 to 3 business days, and transit takes a further 3 to 8 business days. That is 4 to 11 business days in total from the day you order.

Larger pieces sent by specialist courier can take up to 14 business days. Where that applies, it is noted on the product page.

How do I track my order?

A dispatch email with your tracking number arrives once the parcel leaves the warehouse. Note that this is a separate email from your order confirmation.

Allow up to 24 hours after dispatch before tracking starts to move. If you cannot find the email, check your spam and promotions folders.

Can I return it if I change my mind?

You have 14 days to cancel under UK law, and we extend that to 30 days from delivery as a goodwill period.

Email us before sending anything back. Returns are processed at our fulfilment partner in China, so for change-of-mind returns on orders of £50 or more you cover the postage, which is typically £15 to £35. Below £50 we usually refund without asking for the item back.

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, we cover everything and normally do not ask you to return it at all.

Are my payment details secure?

Payment is handled by Shopify's checkout over an encrypted connection. Your full card number is never stored by us.
