A runner that protects the table underneath it

This runner is for a wooden table you would rather not put a hot dish straight onto.

The weave here has body to it, enough to take the heat of a serving bowl and the scrape of a plate being pushed across, which a thin printed runner does not. A woven zigzag runs the length of it in warm neutral tones, with tassels at both ends. Eight lengths from 120cm to 350cm in a 36cm width, in sandstone, soft grey or sage green.

On a dining table it takes the daily wear instead of the wood. On a sideboard it stops ceramics marking the surface.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes. Delivery is free on every UK order, with no minimum spend and no surcharge for remote postcodes.

We deliver within the United Kingdom only, including Northern Ireland. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses.

What are your delivery times?

We dispatch within 1 to 3 business days, and transit takes a further 3 to 8 business days. That is 4 to 11 business days in total from the day you order.

Larger pieces sent by specialist courier can take up to 14 business days. Where that applies, it is noted on the product page.

How do I track my order?

A dispatch email with your tracking number arrives once the parcel leaves the warehouse. Note that this is a separate email from your order confirmation.

Allow up to 24 hours after dispatch before tracking starts to move. If you cannot find the email, check your spam and promotions folders.

Can I return it if I change my mind?

You have 14 days to cancel under UK law, and we extend that to 30 days from delivery as a goodwill period.

Email us before sending anything back. Returns are processed at our fulfilment partner in China, so for change-of-mind returns on orders of £50 or more you cover the postage, which is typically £15 to £35. Below £50 we usually refund without asking for the item back.

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, we cover everything and normally do not ask you to return it at all.

Are my payment details secure?

Payment is handled by Shopify's checkout over an encrypted connection. Your full card number is never stored by us.
